HireBrazil charges a flat fee ($150/month for Business) regardless of how many contractors you have. You maintain direct relationships using the contractor model (PJ), we provide the compliance tools and expertise.
Why is it a flat fee instead of per contractor?
Because compliance knowledge doesn't scale linearly. Whether you have 1 or 10 contractors in Brazil, the legal framework is the same. We believe in transparent, predictable pricing. The more contractors you have, the more you save.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Enterprise clients, we can arrange annual billing with invoice.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties. Your data in the Vault remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation.
What if I need legal advice for a specific situation?
Enterprise plans include 1 hour of consulting per month with a licensed Brazilian labor attorney. For other plans, you can book consultations separately at $300/hour. Note: HireBrazil provides compliance tools and guidance, not legal representation in court.
